For shipped orders placed during warm weather or inclement weather, we require
the use of insulated shipping packaging to help protect your wine during transit.
We will not ship orders during hot weather without this option.

If temperatures are too high for insulated packaging to safely protect the wine, we may ask that you
either pick up your order in person or delay shipment until cooler weather arrives. Our
goal is to ensure your wine reaches you in the best possible condition.
