Oysterfest

Come out to the Tasting Room on January 18th for an afternoon of oysters and wine. We will be partnering up with three oyster farms out of Copano Bay who are pioneering mariculture on the Texas coast. Big Tree Oyster Co, Black Jack Point Co and Copano Oyster Co are dedicated to farming oysters that are healthy for the bay and delicious year round. 

We were blown away by the quality and inspired by their mission when we first tried an oyster from Big Tree at Dai Due’s 10-year anniversary dinner back in August. We can't wait for y'all to meet these farmers and have a taste of Texas 'merroir' along with some of our best expressions of Texas terroir. We will also have Bakery Joju out here serving up wood-fired oysters plus other treats. 

Each ticket includes a wine pairing with two oysters from each farm. We'll also have plenty of oysters and wine by the glass and bottle available for purchase.

Valentine's Day Wine Dinner

with Feast & Merriment

Join us on Friday February 14th at 6PM for Valentine's a at Feast & Merriment for a five course wine dinner.

Bring your Valentine to the Hill Country for a lovely evening filled with incredible food and wine. Chef Ashely Odom of Feast & Merriment puts a spin on classic dishes with local ingredients and a Texas flare. Not only is her food delicious, but the views from her kitchen capture the beauty of the Hill Country. We will be pairing the meal with some of our favorite wines that consist of new releases and library wine that we've been saving in our cellar.

Wine from this dinner will be available for purchase at the end of the night. If you are a member of our Wine Club, your club discount will count towards any purchase of wine.
